dc.description	<p>Burkina Faso has made important progress in finding appropriate solutions for agricultural risk management. In recent years significant experience has been gathered, and the growing interest in agricultural insurance is encouraging the various actors to develop new initiatives. This report argues that key stakeholders should now agree on strategic decisions and pursue a coordinated and comprehensive approach.</p> <p>Le Burkina Faso a franchi une étape clé dans la recherche de solutions appropriées de gestion des risques agricoles. Au cours des dernières années, des expériences significatives ont été développées et l'intérêt croissant pour l'assurance agricole stimule les différents acteurs à développer de nouvelles initiatives. Le moment semble être arrivé pour que les principales parties prenantes prennent des décisions stratégiques et poursuivent une approche coordonnée et globale.</p>	en_US
