Evaluation reportDescription
This final evaluation is both a meta-analysis of the national evaluations of the Oxfam GB's Raising Her Voice (RHV) programme, and an assessment of the global portfolio as an entity. The former seeks to draw learning and conclusions from the evidence generated by the different RHV projects on progress, implementation and impact, review and update the RHV theory of change, and identify strategies which can support effective work on gender and governance. The latter focuses on the added value of the RHV global portfolio to the individual projects, and to governance and gender work of Oxfam GB.
