Description
Depuis 2004 Oxfam GB a mis en ouvre dans l'Est du Tchad trois grands programmes WASH d'abord en execution directe dans 8 des 12 camps de refugies et dans 5 sites de deplaces et maintenant en soutien technique aux partenaires WASH dans les 12 camps et les 5 sites. Il y a eu aussi de plus petits programmes en Protection, Securite Alimentaire et Moyens d'Existence (EFSL). Suite A  la crise economique et un manque de financements en 2008, l'annee 2009 a ete une annee difficile. Les raisons qui motivent cette evaluation sont d'apprecier la pertinence des programmes OGB depuis 2004 au Tchad dans les secteurs suivants: WASH; EFSL; et Protection. L'evaluation nous permet de savoir si ces modalites d'intervention sont encore pertinentes, et de connaitre les elements et procedures A  ameliorer au cas ou de nouveaux projets seraient realises dans la region. English: This is a comprehensive evaluation of Oxfam GB's programmes in East Chad, which reviews Oxfam's impact and programme performance in WASH, Emergency Food Security and Livelihoods, and Protection. The purpose of the evaluation is to understand if Oxfam's programme approaches remain relevant in the Chad content and to apply this learning in future implementation there.
