The Joint Initiative programme in urban Zimbabwe started in May 2006 and sought to assist up to 12,000 vulnerable households, particularly in the areas of livelihoods, food security, shelter, education for OVCs, and HIV and AIDS. The main objective of this mid-term review is to assess progress against milestones and outputs outlined in the JIG log frame. A second objective is to review wider programmatic issues relating to the management and operation of the programme, the appropriateness of the interventions and the targeting of beneficiaries.en_US
