dc.description | In 2002, Oxfam GB began the Zambezia Education Programme (ZEP) which ran through to April 2006. The overall goal of ZEP was to contribute to long-term reduction in family poverty and improvements in community self-development capacity, by supporting educationally underprivileged groups, particularly girls and illiterate women. The objective of the final evaluation was to assess how effectively the programme improved access to basic quality education, and to make recommendations for the second phase of the programme. | en_US |
