The Programme Partnership Arrangement (PPA) is a major element of Oxfam's relationship with DFID, providing valuable opportunities for collaboration and engagement, as well as financial support for Oxfam's work. </span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This feedback report covers Coffey International's primary research with Oxfam GB as part of the 2014 Programme Partnership Arrangement (PPA) evaluation. </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Findings from the report will be used in conjunction with other data sources as part of the Fund level evaluation. </span></p>
