Description
<html> <head> <title></title> </head> <body> <p>This evaluation assessed the achievements of the extension phase of the EMBRACE project, which focused on improving the livelihood and social status of vulnerable poor women and establishing partnerships between farmers and local government units for climate adaptive farming. The study involved key informant interviews, focus group discussions, a case study and a survey of 436 respondents (319 EMBRACE and 117 non-EMBRACE participants). Overall, it found that 32% of EMBRACE farmers who shifted to organic farming experienced higher yields and spent less on farming inputs.<b>&#160;</b></p> </body> </html>
