Measuring Drought and Drought Impacts in Red Sea Province gathers together papers written by researchers based in Port Sudan working on nutrition and the measurement of drought and drought recovery in Red Sea Province, Sudan. A key aspect of this work was to provide reliable information on the environment and economy from an historical basis in order to understand current regional trends to help with improving accountability in Oxfam's emergency relief programme.
