Oxfam-supported enterprises have generated high impact and demonstrated strong business performance. In the future, more attention will be paid to the structural injustices that women face, to change enterprise practices and generate evidence to influence institutional change so that women can exercise their agency and claim their rights. Increasing the number of women in paid jobs can only be meaningful when unpaid care and domestic work and gender-based violence are recognized and action is taken to address them.
