Description
In 1992 Oxfam launched the Women's Linking Project, an innovative three-year project designed to bring women together worldwide to share their experiences of working for change. The culmination of the project was an international conference for staff from Oxfam and other development agencies, and representatives of partner organisations and Southern women's organisations. This book reflects on the process, and the main issues which emerged during it.
