Description
From May 1991 until February 1993, the Overseas Division of Oxfam (UK and Ireland) was engaged in a strategic planning process. The first mandatory planning exercise ever carried out in Oxfam, it was an ambitious and complex process. Many lessons were learned, both positive and negative.
