<p>The attached four-page document summarises the latest set of effectiveness reviews, carried out throughout 2012 and 2013.</p>
<p>The review scrutinised 23 randomly-selected Oxfam projects under six main areas - humanitarian support, adapation and risk reduction, livelihoods, women's empowerment, citizen voice and policy influencing. The document evaluates what was learned from this process.</p>
