Description
Cambodia is a country of contradictions. It is a devoutly Buddhist nation, with a highly sophisticated traditional culture, represented for many by the elegance of its classical dance forms and the splendour of the temples of AngkorWat. But for almost forty years Cambodia was threatened by cycles of violence and destruction from which it is only now emerging.
