Description
This report arose out of a workshop held in Thailand in February 1993. The participants were drawn from Oxfam (UK and Ireland) staff in Asia and the Middle East, and from the Gender and Development Unit, and from other sister organisations in the region. The workshop provided an opportunity for participants to share experience and expertise in working with women in situations of conflict, and to explore the use of gender-sensitive methods of analysis and needs assessment.
