Plenty Foods, a Sri Lankan agri-based company, has adapted its business model to developed a stronger and more reliable supply base by working with farmer groups, governments, and NGOs, as well as other businesses. The company's relationship with small farmers has helped them to improve their incomes and livelihoods, and has also helped Plenty Foods to increase its annual growth rate.
